The Spring Public Relations Intern at ITPR is a dynamic role, working directly with the President and the senior members of the team. The fast-paced environment requires organizational skills, multitasking and attention to detail. This internship is for school credit.

Responsibilities

Work with the team to gain hands-on experience and learn the ins and outs of PR in NYC and NJ. Assist in all administrative areas of public relations for all company clients.

During this invaluable internship, you will learn how PR campaigns are developed, research important media contacts and build media lists, work on developing a PR pitch and press release and improve necessary writing skills. You will be involved in the day-to-day with meeting scheduling, marketing and events organization, assistance with PR campaigns, social media, and powerpoint presentations.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Prior Public Relations agency experience required.

Demonstration of excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
