Job Description

Reporting to the Manager, Talent Solutions & Servies, the Advisor will provide holistic support to colleagues and people leaders, delivering advisory, service, and experience excellence in every interaction. The Advisor will be responsible for supporting the management of programs and processes, supporting colleagues through various lifecycle journeys, and providing solutions or clarifications to Talent policy/program related queries. The role will regularly partner with COEs and TBPs to resolve inquiries or complete actions where cross-functional support and interaction is required. Additionally, the Advisor will work with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities to optimize systems and processes for increased efficiency and enhanced colleague experience.

Team Description

The Talent Solutions & Services (TSS) team acts as the central point of contact for all Talent programs and policies, from hire to offboarding. TSS provides advisory support, executes core Talent processes, and drives continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the colleague experience and drive operational efficiency. The team collaborates closely with Centres of Expertise (COEs), Talent Business Partners (TBPs), and technology teams to ensure seamless end-to-end service delivery.

Accountabilities

Provides clear, policy-aligned subject-matter-expertise and advisory support on complex Talent matters.
Handles medium complexity or escalated inquiries within team and supports escalations to appropriate levels for resolution.
Influences end-to-end journeys within area of responsibility, supports facilitation of discussions with internal/ external stakeholders and helps drive best solutions aligned with business needs and priorities.
Independently leads small to medium enhancements to our Talent systems and operations, including support for definition of business requirements and user acceptance testing activities. Has a continuous improvement mindset and looks to optimize Talent systems and processes by evaluating our current and desired business processes/rules and system capabilities.
Identifies people, processes and system changes required to improve processes in the context of overall workforce management and analytics needs; understands and manages the end-to-end flow of Talent processes and data across multiple systems and functions.
Partners with Centres of Expertise (COEs) and Talent Business Partners (TBPs) to inform policy and program decisions to ensure processes are simplified and scalable.
Leverages data and other insights to drive high levels of advisory within area of responsibility.

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree or college diploma in related field.
3+ years of relevant experience.
Proficiency with HR Systems such as Workday, ADP, ServiceNow, etc., is required.
Fluency across the MS Office product suite is required with excellent excel skills (data analysis, reporting, pivot tables, etc.)
Analytical mindset, comfortable with handling large sets of data and extracting insights from it.
Strong planning and organizational skills with proven ability to manage competing priorities.
Ability to foster collaborative working relationships at all levels internally and with external partners.
Ability to identify opportunities, take the initiative and think through future implications.
