Contract through the end of March

Hybrid. 2 days a week onsite is ideal, open to potential local remote

$40-$45/hr

Required:

At least 2 years of Commissions Analysis experience

Excel - pivot tables, lookups

Customer Service style approach with employees

Nice to have:

Callidus (an SAP product)

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of employee commission and payment processes. The position involves investigating and resolving issues, maintaining clear communication, and supporting system accuracy through testing and documentation. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Excel and experienced in using commission management software.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate clearly with employees regarding commission and data corrections.

Research and resolve commission, data, or payment discrepancies in a timely manner.

Process monthly employee commission and payment cycles accurately and efficiently.

Share commission timelines, calculations, and related updates with business partners.

Utilize Excel and commission software to track, analyze, and reconcile data.

Participate in system and process testing to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).

Experience with commission management or payroll systems.

Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
