Job Specifications

The Technical Lead – Mobile App Dev Team is responsible for the design, development, and continuous optimization of mobile applications in the public transport domain. This role combines technical leadership (managing a team of 10 developers) with strategic ownership of scalable and high-performance mobile solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the mobile development team (React Native)
Translate business requirements into technical solutions
Ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable app architectures
Collaborate closely with backend, UX/UI, and QA teams
Manage CI/CD, API integrations, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Firebase)
Oversee code quality, testing, and deployment processes
Mentor and coach developers
Contribute to the strategic roadmap of mobile products

Evaluation Criteria

Experience with mobile architecture (iOS, Android, React Native, Flutter)
Skilled in backend integrations, APIs, and cloud platforms
Knowledge of CI/CD, security, and performance optimization
Proven leadership in Agile/Scrum environments
Strong communicator, able to document and justify technical decisions

Requirements

8+ years of experience in mobile development, with a focus on React Native
4+ years of experience in public transport or real-time data systems
Knowledge of Objective-C/Swift and Java/Kotlin for native integrations
Strong command of Git, CI/CD, and version control strategies
Expertise in app performance optimization and team scaling
Excellent command of English, both technical and communicative
