About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join a leading financial services client on a 6-month initial contract, working within the technology and digital transformation side of property management and real estate.

You’ll play a key role in designing and delivering end-to-end solutions across PropTech, Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS), and smart building technologies—driving innovation, connectivity, and efficiency across a complex property estate.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver scalable, cloud-based architecture solutions (AWS / Azure) supporting property and facilities management systems.
Define and document solution blueprints for IWMS, IoT, and smart building integrations.
Lead the technical design and integration of real estate systems, data platforms, and IoT devices to enable intelligent, connected workplaces.
Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles, governance standards, and security frameworks.
Collaborate with delivery and business teams to translate architectural vision into tangible, high-quality technical solutions.
Contribute to the real estate technology roadmap, architecture standards, and best practices.

Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a Solution Architect within financial services, real estate, facilities management, or PropTech environments.
Strong knowledge of IWMS platforms (e.g., Planon, Archibus, Tririga, etc.).
Experience designing and integrating IoT and smart building technologies.
Deep understanding of cloud architectures on AWS and/or Azure.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to operate effectively in a hybrid model (3 days on-site in Sheffield).
Must be engaged inside IR35.
