As a Senior Generative AI Engineer, you’ll lead research and development efforts in Large Language Models (LLMs) and NLP, creating scalable, production-ready AI systems that transform how people interact with technology.

What You’ll Do:

Partner with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to build AI-powered applications that drive real impact.
Lead innovation in Generative AI—developing conversational systems, fine-tuning LLMs, and optimizing inference performance.
Design, train, and deploy NLP models for domain-specific use cases across complex environments.
Work hands-on with cutting-edge tools like Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, HuggingFace, vLLM, and AWS.
Translate research breakthroughs into real-world products that enhance user experiences through intelligent automation.
Mentor team members, foster collaboration, and influence AI strategy across projects.

What You Bring:

Advanced degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD) in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
Experience building and deploying ML or NLP models at scale.
Strong programming background in Python and familiarity with modern AI/ML frameworks.
Deep understanding of Generative AI concepts and LLM development, including fine-tuning and optimization.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS or similar) and GPU-based model training.
