The Opportunity

We’re working with a leading global education organisation that is shifting towards a more customer-centric and product-led approach. As part of this transformation, they are hiring a Product Manager to take ownership of one of their flagship digital language proficiency products, a high-stakes assessment used by learners and institutions worldwide.

This newly created position sits at the centre of their digital strategy and offers the chance to influence the full product lifecycle, from vision and strategy through to launch, growth, and commercial success.

What You’ll Do

Define and deliver the product strategy for a global digital assessment product.
Manage the full product lifecycle, from discovery and ideation through to launch and growth.
Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and turn insights into opportunities that drive measurable value.
Collaborate with marketing, engineering, operations, and assessment experts to improve product performance and innovation.
Use data and market insight to guide decisions and balance customer experience with commercial results.
Champion a customer-first and commercially minded approach across teams.

What We’re Looking For

You’re a Product Manager who thinks strategically, acts commercially, and leads with curiosity. You understand users, spot opportunities, and shape products that make a difference.

You will bring:

Experience managing digital products across the full lifecycle, from concept to commercialisation.
Background in education, edtech, or digital learning environments. (Experience with assessments or testing is an advantage, not a requirement.)
A strong commercial mindset, including familiarity with metrics, pricing, go-to-market planning, and customer engagement.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. You can influence without authority and build alignment across teams.
A genuine interest in improving learning and assessment experiences.

Why Apply

Shape the future of a globally recognised education brand.
Join an organisation actively transforming how it develops and delivers products.
Work on a high-impact digital product used worldwide.
Competitive salary of £63,000 with a strong benefits package including 25 + 3 shutdown days, plus Bank Holidays, generous pension, insurance, and other perks.

The Process

Applications close: Tuesday, 5 November
First interviews: Week commencing 11 November (competency based)
Final stage: Product presentation and stakeholder discussion

Please note: We are an equal opportunity employer. Regardless of race, gender or age, we encourage you to apply if you feel that you could be a good fit for this role. While we aim to respond to every applicant, the volume of applications may occasionally prevent us from doing so.

We are also, unfortunately, unable to accept applicants who require visa sponsorship for this role.
