Senior Business Change Analyst | 6-Month Contract | £800/day (Inside IR35) | Hybrid – 2 Days in the City, London

I’m working with a leading organisation in the specialty insurance space that’s looking for a Senior Business Change Analyst to join their high-performing Change team on a 6-month contract.

What you’ll be doing:

Leading and supporting end-to-end business change initiatives — from idea generation to delivery and benefits realisation
Working with senior stakeholders to shape Target Operating Models (TOMs) and deliver transformation projects
Analysing, documenting, and challenging business requirements to deliver customer-focused outcomes
Using data and insight to drive smarter business decisions
Supporting change assurance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement throughout the process

What we’re looking for:

Solid background in Business Change / Business Analysis in the London Insurance Market
Hands-on experience with TOM design and process improvement
Strong analytical mindset and stakeholder management skills
Confident working in complex environments and leading business case development
Relevant certifications (e.g. BCS, Agile Analysis) are a plus

The Details:

Length: 6 months
Location: Hybrid – 2 days per week in London
Rate: £800 per day (Inside IR35)
Start: ASAP
