Location: Bordeaux, France (Hybrid – 2 Days Onsite per Week)

Contract: Freelance

Languages: English and French

We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our client’s Supplier Services Squad within the Client Partners Department.

Role Overview:

You’ll support the Transformation 3.0 program, helping digitize and automate customer service processes across maintenance, accident management, glass, tires, and more. Working in Agile mode with BAs, a System Analyst, and a Scrum Master, you’ll analyze needs, design inter-application data flows, and collaborate with architecture and development teams (Tibco, API, etc.).

Key Skills:

Strong experience in integration, APIs, and system flows
Expertise in functional & technical design
Excellent communication and Agile teamwork
