£700 - 750 a day
We're looking for an experienced HCM Digital Architect to help define and deliver a next-generation HCM strategy for our UK manufacturing client. The HCM solution hasn't yet been selected, but will be Workday or SuccessFactors, it's important to have a broader understanding of HCM solutions and no be too specialist.
HCM Digital Architect - In this role, you will:
Drive the selection process for a new HCM platform, from shaping RFPs to assessing vendors
Translate business needs into clear technical and integration requirements
Evaluate current systems and data flows to inform future architecture design
Build a clear roadmap covering implementation, resources, and change management
Act as the go-between for HR leaders and the Digital function throughout the procurement journey
HCM Digital Architect - You'll bring:
5+ years of experience delivering large-scale HCM solutions (ideally Workday or SuccessFactors)
Strong grasp of HR processes such as payroll, time and attendance, and employee lifecycle
Good understanding of modern integration and data concepts (APIs, data migration, interoperability)
