Role Overview

Position: Junior Investment Banker – Part-Time, Remote
Commitment: 10–20 hours per week
Support senior team members in strategic financial initiatives. Contribute to the AI sector's growth through finance expertise.

Responsibilities

Conduct financial and market research on AI, technology, and adjacent industries.
Build and maintain financial models to support investment decisions and fundraising strategies.
Draft pitch decks, investor memos, and other fundraising collateral.
Assist in due diligence processes for prospective investment partners.
Track industry trends, competitor benchmarks, and valuation analyses.
Support the investment team with ad-hoc analysis and special projects.

Requirements / Qualifications

Must-Have Qualifications

Background in finance, economics, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing).
0–2 years of experience in investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate finance.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel/financial modeling.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with the AI/technology sector is a plus.
