The organization is seeking a Senior Test Engineer to strengthen its quality assurance capabilities and ensure the reliability of critical software systems.

Responsibilities

Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing of large-scale institutional software applications.

Review and validate project and test deliverables in alignment with internal quality standards and methodologies.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the overall efficiency of test management and automation.

Utilize test tools to design, execute, and monitor automated and manual test activities.

Collaborate closely with development and infrastructure teams to ensure comprehensive defect tracking and resolution.

Prepare and maintain clear testing documentation and progress reports.

Qualifications And Skills

Minimum 6 years of IT experience, including at least 4 years in software testing (manual and automated).

Strong experience with performance and stress-testing tools and test management platforms.

Solid understanding of infrastructure, networking concepts, and software testing methodologies.

University degree (Master’s or equivalent) in Computer Science or a related field.

Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Proven ability to work effectively in an international, multicultural environment with attention to detail and quality.
