Phased modernization roadmap (crawl-walk-run) aligned to business value and technology feasibility.
Quantified business cases to secure funding and leadership commitment.
Alignment with the 2026 technology strategy, including identified Q1 execution pathways.
Tangible redesigns of 1-2 priority processes at C3-C4 detail to accelerate change

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the overall transformation workstream .
Drive strategic alignment across business and technology stakeholders.
Partner with senior executives to shape the transformation narrative, priorities, and roadmap.
Facilitate executive engagement sessions to validate vision, success metrics, and outcomes.
Identify and unblock dependencies or decision bottlenecks impacting progress
Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
Ensure actionable recommendations and a clear transformation roadmap are delivered within 8 weeks.

Qualifications:

Proven experience leading business transformation or process re-engineering initiatives in retail or loyalty domains
Deep expertise in enterprise architecture and implementation strategies
Strong functional and technical acumen, with a keen ability and enthusiasm for diving into details
Strategic thinking with ability to translate vision into actionable steps.
Excellent communication, executive presence, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
