Your mission is to expand the commercial footprint, build strategic collaborations, and position the company as a trusted partner for pharma and biotech organisations seeking cutting-edge computational immunology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the company’s commercial and partnership strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities with pharma, biotech, and academic partners.
Build and maintain strong executive relationships with clients, collaborators, and key stakeholders across R&D, translational science, and clinical domains.
Lead high-impact client engagements, presentations, and solution proposals, effectively articulating the value of our AI and data-driven platforms.
Collaborate closely with scientific, data science, and product teams to deliver tailored solutions that address complex immunology and translational research needs.
Negotiate partnership and commercial agreements that deliver long-term strategic value.
Track, forecast, and report commercial performance and pipeline progress using CRM and analytical tools.
Monitor market trends in immunology, AI, and precision medicine to inform commercial strategy.
Represent the company at key industry conferences, summits, and partnering events.
Mentor and grow the commercial and business development teams, fostering a high-performance culture.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Immunology, or a related field; MBA or business qualification is a plus.
8+ years of commercial or business leadership experience within biotech, life sciences, or healthtech sectors.
Proven track record in building partnerships with pharma, biotech, or academic organisations, ideally within data-driven or AI-enabled science.
Strong understanding of translational research, immunology, and digital health landscapes.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills at both executive and scientific levels.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-oriented approach.
Experience managing complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder partnerships.
Comfortable with international travel (30–50%+).
Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and productivity tools (Microsoft Office / Google Suite).
