About the role
We’re looking for a self-starter to join our fast-paced environment and contribute to the operations planning team, with a focus on Roku’s Roku Made TV business. The supply demand manager will be an individual contributor supporting operations planning leadership through reporting, forecasting, and supply demand analysis, all with an emphasis. This individual is quantitatively driven, detail-oriented, and possesses a high level of problem-solving expertise. This person is experienced in analyzing large amounts of data to uncover actionable insights and can work cross-functionally to drive results. This role will work closely with Operations Planning leadership, Operations, Sales, Finance & Accounting to accomplish key initiatives that drive the success of the Roku Made TV business.
"For California Only - The estimated annual salary for this position is between $130,000 - $180,000 annually.
Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location.

What you’ll be doing
Create a production build plan based on the sales forecast for the Roku Made TV product line. Maintain and update build plans for all suppliers.
Conduct weekly sales forecast and build plan reviews, creating reports and comparing results against objectives to drive optimal supply demand planning.
Partner with the material manager to review supply commitments against the build plan, identify and highlight gaps and excess materials, ensuring supply continuity and minimizing E&O excess.
Focus on supply and demand planning. Collaborate with sales operations, finance, and operations teams to resolve all supply-demand related issues.
Lead weekly meetings with sales operations and planning team in the S&OP process for Roku Made TV.
Support the leadership team in developing short- and long-term strategic plans for the Roku Made TV business.
Communicate status, risks, and opportunities regularly with key stakeholders.
Partner with the supply chain excellence team to drive the digitization of systems and tools to improve forecast accuracy and productivity. Develop new reporting tools to drive continuous improvement across the Roku Made TV business.
We’re excited if you have
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
5+ years’ work experience in forecasting and supply-demand management in consumer electronics, e-commerce, retail, or digital media industries
Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and NetSuite
Operations planning, data science/modeling experience, or similar quantitative business responsibilities related to financial or operational performance are preferred.
A data-driven approach to problem-solving and a track record of driving results through continuous improvement
The ability to work effectively and collaboratively across departments and functions
A bias toward action in resolving issues and the ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
Experience working in and collaborating effectively in a multi-site, virtual context
