Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AWS Automation Architect Team Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in AWS services particularly in automation using AWS CDK Cloud Development Kit Ansible and Python.

Additionally, a deep understanding of infrastructure and networking concepts is required to effectively design and implement scalable and reliable cloud infrastructure solutions. In this role you will not only be responsible for designing and implementing automation solutions, but also for leading and mentoring a team of engineers.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

Lead a team of automation engineers providing technical guidance mentoring and coaching to ensure the successful delivery of automation projects.
Architect design and implement automated solutions on AWS platform utilizing AWS CDK Ansible and Python.
Develop and maintain infrastructure as code IaC Python and CDK and not Terraform to automate provisioning deployment and management of AWS resources.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient automation solutions.
Understanding of CICD pipelines processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to infrastructure automation performance and scalability.
Stay updated with the latest AWS services features and best practices to continuously improve automation processes.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
Interface with stakeholders to communicate project status and gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
Lead by example demonstrating best practices in code quality documentation and collaboration.
Fluent in French and English.
