Title: Salesforce Developer

Terms of Employment

• W2 Contract, 6 months (Likely Extension)

• This position is hybrid with Tuesday-Thursday onsite.

• The office is located in Oak Brook, IL.

Overview & Responsibilities:

Work with a leading organization in the Clean Energy Solutions sector as a key member of a growing Data and Analytics team. We are seeking a senior-level, hands-on Salesforce Developer to drive the enhancement and automation of our Salesforce platform. You will work directly with the Salesforce Product Owner to build custom solutions, manage complex data integrations, and ensure platform integrity. • Design, build, and deploy new automation solutions using Salesforce flows, workflows, and validation rules.

• Manage and troubleshoot REST API integrations and other data connections into Salesforce.

• Ensure data accuracy by troubleshooting inbound data, creating validation rules, and managing enhancements.

• Work side-by-side with the product owner to implement and test platform enhancements in UAT and sandbox environments.

• Utilize Python for data analysis, scripting, and forecasting.

• Develop and run advanced SQL queries and work with various server systems and databases.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Information Technology.

• Approximately 5-6 years of total professional experience.

• A minimum of 3-4 years of recent, practical experience working in the United States.

• Proven track record as a Salesforce Developer (this is not an Admin role).

• Strong, hands-on experience building complex Salesforce automation (flows, workflows, validation rules).

• Deep experience working with REST APIs and other Salesforce integrations.

• Hands-on programming skills in Python (development, scripting, analysis).

• Advanced proficiency in writing SQL queries.

• Experience with the full development lifecycle, including testing in UAT/sandbox environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer, MuleSoft, Administrator).

• Experience with MuleSoft.

• Experience with Power BI.

• Programming experience in Java or JavaScript.
