Job Description: Undergraduate degree Good Knowledge of SQL (Oracle database) and performing data analysis with complex queries610 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or related role in a technology-driven organization Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile meth-odologies, and tools like JIRA, Confluence, etc. Core Business Skills Collabo-rate with business stakeholders to understand business needs, document re-quirements, and define user stories or functional specifications Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for IT develop-ment teams Design, document, and data flows using tools like Visio Work with developers, business and testing teams during the SDLC process Experience working in Oracle technology stack around OFSAA FCCM suite of solutions (KYC module i.e., Customer Risk Rating) in a BSA capacity Experience in work-ing with Oracle customer risk rating data model (preferably Mantas), and has knowledge of data flow and ETL pipelines Strong communication skills Nice to Have Review and analyses existing business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement Regulatory knowledge (banking)Certifications CBAP,CAMS
