Day Rate: £400 to £500 per day OUTSIDE of IR35

The role
· This is a hands-on hybrid role where you will be the single point of truth for a critical transformation at our most important client.
· You will be defining, validating, and executing the move from a 'generalist' to a 'specialised' operating model across multiple countries in EMEA.
· Essentially, you're the architect, the business analyst, the programme manager, and the chief diplomat, all rolled into one.
What you'll be doing
· Design & Strategy: Rapidly analyse the Current Operating Model (COM), design the Target Operating Model (TOM) for specialisation, and build the business case to prove it's worth the fuss.
· Execution & Change: Develop the end-to-end transition plan, then lead the change across multiple EMEA teams. This includes redefining processes, roles, and structures.
· Diplomacy & Influence: This is where the magic happens. You must be able to influence without authority—facilitating workshops, securing stakeholder buy-in (top-down and bottom-up), and managing competing priorities and complex relationships at all levels.
Non-negotiable attributes
· A combined 5+ years as a hands-on Programme/Project Manager and Business Analyst. We're not looking for someone who delegates all the analysis.
· Proven Change Management experience in a large-scale, multi-country business transformation. You've lived through this before and learned the scars.
· A Servant-Leadership mindset: You'll direct, coach, and roll up your sleeves when needed.
· Analytical Acumen: The ability to take complex data/insights and synthesise them into a simple, one-page story for senior stakeholders.
· Exceptional ability to build rapport and communicate clearly, turning ambiguity into a clear, actionable vision.
Desirable attributes
· Consulting or Pharmaceutical industry experience.
· Exposure to CRM systems (Veeva/Salesforce).
· An active Project Management certification (e.g., Prince 2, PMI).
· A nose for business development—you spot new opportunities while solving the current problem.
