As part of the Service Centre leadership team, you’ll lead and inspire the Internal Sales Team to maximise sales and strengthen customer relationships.

You’ll coach your team to deliver best-in-class service, building capability and confidence, creating a high performing team environment.

Your focus will be on driving performance: growing trading accounts, increasing product range and retention, and ensuring every customer interaction adds value.

Here's The Important Stuff

Location: Salford, Manchester

Salary: £31,000

Benefits: 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays, increasing with service), enhanced maternity/paternity, 5% pension, healthcare plan, life assurance cover, staff discounts
