Job Specifications
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business requirements, processes, and workflows.
Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications for development teams.
Conduct gap analyses and propose effective solutions aligned with business objectives.
Drive process improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, IT, Finance, and Operations) to deliver end-to-end project solutions.
Develop detailed documentation including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and Use Case Diagrams.
Facilitate workshops, requirements-gathering sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
Utilize data analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business growth.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring solutions meet business needs before implementation.
Act as a liaison between business users, developers, and QA teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, Banking, Finance, Consulting, or a similar domain.
Strong understanding of business process modeling, data analysis, and requirements elicitation.
Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Power BI, or Tableau.
Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven experience in Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
Strong documentation and presentation abilities.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in digital transformation or automation projects.
Knowledge of SQL or data querying tools.
Business Analysis certification (CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, etc.) preferred.
Exposure to ERP, CRM, or enterprise software systems.
