Job Specifications

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support the Windows 11 migration project to meet enterprise timelines and standards.
Provide daily break/fix and new hire support, addressing high-volume service requests efficiently.
Manage and resolve lifecycle and project orders to reduce backlog and enhance service delivery.
Maintain service continuity amid organizational changes, including peer center transitions.
Support the Service Desk in handling expedited orders and providing accurate order status updates.
Ensure SLA adherence for break/fix requests and proactively work to improve user satisfaction.
Collaborate with engineering and support teams to diagnose and resolve tooling and system-related issues impacting end-user support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience with Windows 11 OS – deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation and system management.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Graph API for integration and automation across Microsoft 365 services.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
Effective communication and collaboration abilities with cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing timelines.
