Job Specifications

We’re looking for a Solution Designer to join our client’s digital solutions team. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement innovative business applications using the Microsoft Power Platform. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to translate functional requirements into reliable, scalable, and secure solutions that streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain applications and solutions using Microsoft Power Apps (model-driven and canvas apps)
Automate workflows and business processes with Microsoft Power Automate
Create insightful data visualizations and reporting dashboards using Power BI
Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and third-party systems
Ensure all solutions are robust, maintainable, and compliant with governance and security standards
Conduct technical assessments, risk and impact analyses for new applications
Provide user training, workshops, and technical documentation for implemented solutions
Support end users in resolving incidents or issues related to Power Platform applications
Collaborate with agile project teams and participate in sprint planning and review meetings (in Dutch, French, and English)
Stay up to date with the latest developments and features in the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem

Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Informatics or equivalent experience
Minimum 5 years of experience as a PowerApps Developer and at least 3-5 years as a PowerApps Solution Designer
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Dynamics 365, Power BI)
Proficient in developing and integrating Power Platform solutions with business systems and external applications
Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum
Knowledge of Azure DevOps and C# is a plus
Microsoft certifications such as Power Platform Solution Architect Expert and Power Automate RPA Developer Associate are highly valued
Fluent in English and either Dutch or French
Experience in the transportation or mobility domain is considered an asset
