Are you a seasoned Business Analyst with deep expertise in telecommunications and cloud technologies? We’re hiring for a dynamic opportunity within a leading Communications & Infrastructure Programme Delivery Team, supporting complex digital programmes across multiple countries and technologies.

About the Role

As a Business Analyst in the Telco Cloud domain, you’ll be instrumental in bridging business needs with technology solutions across mobile, messaging, fixed voice, and enterprise services. You’ll work closely with architects, delivery teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful programme execution and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Elicit, document, and manage business and technical requirements across telecom domains.
Conduct gap analysis and validate solution coverage.
Collaborate with architects to review High-Level Architecture (HLA).
Analyse and document cross-functional business processes.
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings.
Support project initiation, risk/issue management, and delivery alignment.
Drive process optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the telecommunications industry.
Strong background in Telco Cloud delivery (e.g., Nokia, Ericsson).
Solid understanding of voice/packet-core networks, OSS/BSS, and cloud infrastructure.
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience working in complex, multi-vendor environments.
Tech-savvy with collaboration tools and virtual working practices.
