Data Governance & Workflow Initiatives | Global Real Estate Transformation

Location: MUST BE HYBRID IN TORONTO

We’re supporting a global real estate investment and asset management firm in identifying a Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise-level initiatives focused on data governance, master data management (MDM), and workflow automation.

This is a high-impact role driving the next phase of a multi-year program aimed at improving data quality, consistency, and reporting across global investment operations. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator with experience leading cross-functional projects and working closely with business and technical stakeholders.

What You’ll Do:

Lead complex data governance and workflow projects end-to-end (planning, RAID logs, execution, reporting).
Partner with senior program leaders to deliver Phase 3 of a global MDM initiative launching January 2026.
Oversee vendor and workflow coordination (Dealpath and related systems).
Manage test cycles and ensure clean, reliable data flows.
Support business analysis, documentation, and process improvement.
Serve as a bridge between IT and business—translating data governance needs into action.

What We’re Looking For:

8+ years of project management experience, ideally in enterprise environments.
Real estate investment, development, or asset management background preferred.
Experience with data governance or master data initiatives required.
Track record of leading workflow or tool implementations.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
Hands-on, analytical mindset—able to dig into issues when needed.
