Job Specifications

Position: AWS Administrator

Location: Charlotte, NC (onsite 4x per week)

Duration: 12 months – Extending

We need an experienced AWS Administrator responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining infrastructure on Amazon Web Services. This includes managing server configurations, user access control, patching, as well as troubleshooting issues and ensuring system performance. Building platform or application and configuring for High Availability (HA) and general day to day administration of the platform. An experience with migrating from on-prem to AWS cloud is a plus.

Must have

Terraform Scripting to build, enhance and provision services

Linux Administration (Any Application or Platform)

AWS Infrastructure Build using Infrastructure as a service

Database Experience (SQL Server, Postgres)

Code Repository experience (Bitbucket, Gitlab)

Coding language (Python, shell scripting)

Must be experience migrating on prem platform to AWS cloud

Storage Administration on Linux or/and Windows

Kafka & EKS (Kubernetes) experience

Documenting processes and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base of common issues, solutions, and best practices.

Security Measures: Implementing and maintaining security measures such as vulnerability and access controls.
