Job Specifications

SALT is partnering with a leading global technology brand looking for a Strategic Development Manager to join on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You’ll help enterprise clients adopt cutting-edge creative and AI-driven design tools, lead workshops and demos, and drive scalable adoption across departments.

£350p/day
London (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

Support creative, IT, and developer teams in adopting emerging design tools
Lead discovery sessions, demos, and workshops tailored to customer needs
Identify high-value use cases and scale adoption across departments
Generate actionable insights to inform Product and Go-To-Market teams

Requirements:

Experience delivering creative or visual communication projects for enterprise clients
Strong customer engagement, discovery, and solution evangelism skills
Hands-on with creative software (Photoshop + Illustrator/InDesign/Premiere/After Effects)
Familiarity with generative AI and automation in creative workflows
Excellent presentation and storytelling skills
