This role is ideal for a digital marketing professional with a strong background in SEO, online marketplaces, and web optimisation. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital growth strategy for a business specialising in outdoor and fishing products, as well as supporting fine dining restaurant brands within the group. The position involves providing expert mentorship and hands-on guidance to optimise sales channels, enhance web presence, and drive business growth across multiple platforms. A hybrid working arrangement is expected, with occasional on-site collaboration in Brentwood, United Kingdom.

Deliverables

Conduct comprehensive audits of existing online marketplaces and direct sales websites to identify optimisation opportunities.
Develop and implement tailored SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search rankings.
Advise on best practices for product listings, content optimisation, and conversion rate enhancement across e-commerce platforms.
Provide strategic recommendations for expanding digital presence and sales channels.
Support the development of a cohesive digital marketing plan for both the outdoor products and fine dining restaurant brands.
Guide the enhancement of social media presence and engagement for restaurant brands.
Deliver actionable reports and ongoing mentorship to ensure sustainable digital growth.

Requirements

Proven experience in SEO, online marketplace optimisation, and web analytics.
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and content management systems.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute digital strategies for product-based and service-based businesses.
Experience with social media strategy and content direction, particularly for hospitality or retail sectors.
Excellent analytical, communication, and mentoring skills.
Ability to work both remotely and on-site in Brentwood, United Kingdom, as required.
Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and business growth.
