Job Specifications

Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with the COE internal operations team (QC, sorting, linehaul, lastmile and pickup) to establish monitoring systems across different business areas, providing data support for internal insights and DSP management.

2. Participate in business projects by conducting in-depth analysis, assist in developing data-driven strategies, and contribute to achieving project goals

3. Collaborate with the Middle team, operation teams, product and technical teams etc to summarize and conduct data product requirements, and drive the implementation.

Qualifications

1. Major in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.

Fluent in English (as a working language); French is a plus.

2.Proficient in SQL and Excel, with strong capabilities in data processing, conducting insights, and generating analytical conclusions.

3.High intuition and capability of understanding business, high logical ability and data sensitivity.

4,With great ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with teams to drive solid execution.
