AI Transformation Consultant Financial Services

What will you do?
In this role you can expect a variety of tasks, including:
Develop AI Strategy: Partner with financial services clients to define and refine their AI strategy, identifying high-impact use cases and creating a roadmap for implementation.
Lead Business Transformation: Guide clients through the organizational changes necessary to adopt and scale AI, from process redesign to governance and upskilling.
Translate Business Needs to Technology Solutions: Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex business challenges into actionable AI requirements and ensuring solutions deliver real value.
Oversee AI Project Lifecycle: Provide oversight and advisory support throughout the AI project lifecycle, from initial ideation and feasibility studies to solution design and deployment.
Drive Innovation and Best Practices: Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in AI, machine learning, and financial technology to continuously bring innovative solutions to our clients and internal teams.
Your skills & qualifications
You have proven professional experience in the domain of AI and/or data-driven transformation.
You have min. 4 years of previous experience in Financial Services or consultancy
You have a strong understanding of AI solutions, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and other generative AI techniques, and their practical application in a business context.
You can bridge the gap between business challenges and technical solutions, translating client needs into clear AI strategies.
You have a deep interest in business transformation, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to simplify complex challenges.
You have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and advise C-suite executives and business leaders.
A Master Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence or a related quantitative Field
Fluent in English and Dutch or French
