About the Role

An early-stage, AI-powered B2B startup is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to join its founding team. This is a high-impact opportunity to help build and scale a core platform from the ground up while working closely with leadership and customers.

We're looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes ownership of technical decisions, and is eager to contribute across the stack. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of full stack development experience with modern web technologies--or are new grads with strong GitHub projects and side projects that demonstrate initiative and technical skill.

Core Responsibilities

Build and scale the core platform using React Native, Flask, Next.js, and TypeScript.
Travel once per quarter to warehouses to observe software in action and perform live coding during go-lives.
Take ownership of technical architecture decisions as the platform scales.
Work across the full stack, with extra credit for scaling and infrastructure expertise.
Collaborate directly with leadership and customers to help shape product direction.

What We're Looking For

0-4 years of experience as a full stack engineer, with a focus on backend development in a startup context.
Proficiency in modern web technologies (React, TypeScript, Flask, Next.js, etc.).
Demonstrated ability to deliver through projects, internships, or GitHub contributions.
Comfortable working in an early-stage startup environment with ambiguity and ownership.
Bonus points for experience with:
React Native
Flask / Python
Infrastructure & scaling
Supply chain, logistics, or B2B software

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $125K - $160K
Equity: Meaningful early-stage ownership
Work policy: In-person at the San Francisco office (Russian Hill)
