Associate - Growth Private Equity | London

Our client, a well-established and reputable growth private equity fund, is looking for an Associate to join their dynamic London team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with ambitious, fast-growing businesses across Europe and play a key role in value creation.

Responsibilities

Support all aspects of the investment process: sourcing, execution, and portfolio management
Conduct market research, financial modeling, and valuation analysis
Assist in due diligence and preparation of investment committee materials
Collaborate with portfolio companies to drive growth initiatives
Build strong relationships with founders, management teams, and advisors

Requirements

2-3 years of investment banking experience (M&A or coverage teams preferred)
Strong analytical, financial modeling, and valuation skills
Proven deal execution experience
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluency in a Nordic language is mandatory
