Job Summary
An Operations Support Engineer is needed for a major U.S. defense contractor and industrial corporation with core manufacturing concentrations in weapons and military and commercial electronics in the Phoenix, AZ area. This role requires an electrical engineering professional with an advanced degree who will perform research, design, and testing of electrical components, troubleshoot electronics and test equipment, and manage customer requests and technical team support.

Responsibilities
Research, develop, design, and test electrical components.
Design PC Board Layouts.
Work on electronics packaging equipment, facilities, and systems.
Work on products and networks for commercial, industrial, and governmental applications.
Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on electronics.
Troubleshoot test equipment.
Coach technicians.
Create basic reports.
Manage customer requests and demands in a timely manner.
Education And Experience
Must have advanced degree.
