Job Specifications

Responsibilities
Manage full life cycle, end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics CRM projects-from requirements gathering to go-live and post-implementation support.
Define & execute strategic roadmap to align with Biz objectives
Interface with business units, technical teams, and 3rd parties to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans including scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk mitigation strategies.
Lead teams onsite & offshore, ensuring collaboration, accountability, and adherence to project milestones.
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements through rigorous monitoring & control
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues. Prepare executive dashboards and post-project evaluations.
Identify opportunities to improve CRM delivery frameworks, methodologies, and adoption strategies.
Guide solution architecture, data migration, system integration, and customization efforts within Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Experience & skills
8-10 years of experience managing Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Strong understanding of CRM strategy, customer life cycle, and data-driven marketing.
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification preferred.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
4 days onsite in a week is a must
