At Crossing Hurdles, we work as a referral partner. We refer candidates to our partner that collaborates with world's leading AI research labs to build and train cutting-edge AI models.

We are looking for experienced real estate sales agents to support AI research in advancing property sales systems, negotiations, and client management processes.

Position: Real Estate Sales Agent

Type: Hourly Contract

Compensation: $75-$90/hour

Location: Remote

Duration: Approximately 6 weeks

Commitment: Part-time, 20-40 hours/week, fully remote and asynchronous

Key Responsibilities (Training support will be provided)

Write tasks and scenarios that reflect real-world real estate sales processes from your professional experience
Create realistic cases involving property showings, client consultations, pricing negotiations, and transaction closings
Develop hands-on scenarios for managing buyer objections, preparing comparative market analyses, coordinating with lenders and inspectors, and advising on staging or multiple offers
Review and evaluate AI responses to real estate sales queries for accuracy and alignment with industry and ethical standards
Provide detailed feedback to improve AI systems' understanding of real estate sales and negotiation practices

Ideal Qualifications

Strong professional experience as a real estate sales agent in residential or commercial property sales
Proven track record in client relationship management, negotiation, and closing high-value deals
Proficiency in CRM and digital listing platforms (e.g., MLS, Zillow, HubSpot, or similar systems)
Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar, spelling, and clarity
Completion of video interview, background check, training module, and qualification quiz
Average of 14 years of professional real estate industry experience preferred
