THE JOB
You will play a key role in the ideation, creation, and hands-on execution of digital marketing projects, with a strong focus on advanced email marketing and automation. You will drive customer acquisition and engagement through targeted email campaigns, automated workflows, and digital programs (including webinars and promotional campaigns). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver dynamic content and ensure seamless customer experiences across digital touchpoints.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Email Marketing & Automation (Advanced)
Develop and execute targeted email campaigns for customer acquisition and retention using Dynamics 365 (D365).
Design and implement automated email workflows to nurture leads and convert them into customers.
Segment email lists for personalized messaging and acquisition.
Conduct A/B testing to optimize email content, subject lines, and send times.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and provide actionable insights.
Troubleshoot technical issues (HTML, segmentation, deliverability).
Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
Digital Program Management
Plan, create, and deploy B2B email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and lifecycle marketing.
Lead setup and promotion of webinars, including audience segmentation, invitations, registration, and follow-ups.
Develop post-webinar communications (thank-you emails, surveys, on-demand content).
Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to create compelling digital content.
Ensure all digital content aligns with brand standards and business goals.
Performance & Optimization
Monitor and analyze digital campaign performance, reporting on KPIs and engagement.
Adjust strategies based on audience responses and analytics.
Provide expertise and insights on digital best practices.
Knowledge of report creation, D365 dashboards and analysis using Power BI is a plus.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with sales, content, and product teams to align email and webinar programs with broader initiatives.
Support other teams in enhancing their digital program strategies.
Familiarity with the marketing and sales cycle in D365 is required to ensure accurate data handling for contacts, leads, and journey automation.
WHAT YOU BRING
3-5 years in digital marketing, with hands-on experience in advanced email marketing and automation.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data for decision-making.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Certifications in digital marketing or marketing automation are a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solver.
Collaborative, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Skill Sets:
Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization.
Proficiency with Dynamics 365 (D365) for email marketing
Experience with email marketing platforms (D365, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and webinar tools (Zoom, GoToWebinar).
