The Purpose

This is an opportunity to join a collaborative, fast-moving team where your work will have an immediate impact on operations. You'll be the go-to person for all things printing stock, product setup, and supplier communication, helping to keep our warehouses, stores, and partners stocked and running without interruption.

This is a fantastic stepping-stone role for someone looking to grow in supply chain, procurement, or logistics administration, with the view to develop into a permanent member of our team.

The Role

As our Supply Chain Administrator, you'll take ownership of day-to-day supply chain admin and stock management tasks, including:

Printing Stock & Product Setup

Monitor and manage printing stock levels for all warehouses / in-situ store operations.
Place and track stock orders via supplier platforms, ensuring timely replenishment.
Handle product setup for printing: entering SKU data, preparing print specs, and ensuring accuracy.
Troubleshoot and resolve any printing-related issues, working closely with internal teams and 3PL partners.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Build strong working relationships with suppliers and 3PL stakeholders to track deliveries and resolve issues quickly.
Work closely with finance to manage printing invoices and keep spending within budget.
Share regular updates with key stakeholders so everyone knows stock status and potential risks.

Admin & Reporting

Maintain accurate stock records and create weekly/monthly usage and spend reports.
Spot trends, flag potential shortages, and suggest process improvements.
Support ad-hoc projects - no two weeks are exactly the same!

The Person:

We're Looking For Someone Who Is

Organised & Detail-Oriented - you enjoy keeping things running smoothly and spotting issues before they become problems.
Confident Communicator - able to work with suppliers, 3PL partners, and finance teams with ease.
Proactive & Problem-Solving - when a printing or stock issue arises, you get stuck in and resolve it quickly.
Tech-Savvy - comfortable using Excel, supplier portals, and order-entry systems.
Experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or admin roles is preferred, but we are open to enthusiastic candidates with transferable skills who want to grow their career in this field.
