Job Title: Solution Architect / Technical Lead - Enterprise Business Systems
Location: Remote - Canada
Employment Type: Contract
We are seeking a Solution Architect / Technical Lead to provide end-to-end technical leadership across enterprise real estate & facilities product portfolios. This role will design scalable, secure architectures and drive integration initiatives across CMMS, BAS/OT, ERP/Procurement, SaaS platforms, and enterprise data systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and deliver solution architectures that align with business and enterprise standards.
Lead cross-system integrations, API design, middleware/event streaming strategies.
Drive implementation leadership across CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, observability, and secure engineering practices.
Define canonical data models, ETL/ELT approaches, and master data strategies for data warehouses.
Architect OT/IoT integrations, secure BAS/OT connections, and telemetry ingestion strategies.
Ensure compliance with enterprise security, IAM, SSO, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise integrations, cloud services, or OT/IoT solutions.
Strong background in distributed systems, APIs, microservices, containers, and orchestration.
Experience with CMMS, BAS/OT, ERP/Procurement, SaaS platforms, and data warehouse integrations.
Expertise in data modeling, ETL/ELT, BI, and master data management.
Familiarity with SSO, encryption, threat modeling, and network segmentation.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Certifications: TOGAF, AWS/Azure Architect, CISSP (preferred).
