Job Specifications

I am working with a consultancy feeding into a public sector end client, who are on the lookout for an automation test engineer (DevOps) to join a 6 month contract.

Inside IR35
Around PS400 per day
1x a week in Newcastle

Essential skills:
Functional and non-functional testing
Development and maintenance of automated test suites
Test Infrastructure - eg Docker and containerisation
TDD and BDD principles
CI/CD pipelines
Knowledge of Java 11/17/21, plus testing frameworks like Cucumber, Wiremock, REST Assured etc. (and JavaScript equivalents).
