Brady is a 47-year financial industry veteran who has in his career managed virtually every function in the investment banking business culminating in serving as the global CEO of Credit Suisse for 9 years. Exos' goal is to deliver all the services of a traditional investment bank, each reimagined and tailored to a modern digital world, and all delivered through a powerful, technology platform driven by data.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead infrastructure design, deployment and automation across AWS, Azure, and hybrid environments
Oversee CI/CD pipelines and container orchestration (i.e. Kubernetes)
Design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc.
Opportunities to collaborate with our software developers, quants and traders on our proprietary trading systems
Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of cloud-hosted applications
Partner with our Regulatory Solutions Group team to ensure our infrastructure meets regulatory and compliance requirements
Drive strategic initiatives around modernization, cloud migration, and cost optimization
Key Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
2+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering preferred
Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and infrastructure automation
Familiarity with some programming and scripting languages (i.e. Python, bash, C#, C++, or VBA)
Strong understanding of infrastructure principles, networking, operating systems, and application development methodologies and the ability to implement such infrastructure through code such as Terraform
Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD tooling (i.e. GitHub Actions), and debugging complex systems
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
This is a full-time in-office role based in New York, NY.
