100% Remote (UK-based)

Up to PS55,000 | Full-Time

About the Role

Our HealthTech client is building a cohesive, high-performing in-house engineering team to power their growing technology suite -- from web applications and data analytics platforms to AI tools and internal systems.

They're looking for a Full-Stack Developer who enjoys working across the stack, building impactful solutions, and contributing to products that genuinely make a difference to people's lives.

What You'll Do

Collaborate with engineers and product leads to build reliable, user-friendly web applications
Develop and maintain APIs and services using Python (Flask or similar frameworks)
Build and enhance modern front-end interfaces using JavaScript and React
Implement best practices for modular architecture, reusable code, and streamlined deployments
Contribute to front-end consistency and tech stack standardisation
Support AI, data processing, and user-facing integrations

What We're Looking For

Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript

Experience with Flask (or similar server-side frameworks)

Solid React (or equivalent modern JS library) skills

Comfortable with REST APIs, MongoDB, and cloud deployment

Familiarity with CI/CD, containerisation, and scalable systems

Self-motivated, collaborative, and proactive

Nice to Have:

Experience with AI integration or data processing

An eye for UX/UI design or design system experience

Experience in startups or healthcare tech
