Description

We're seeking a Software Engineer to help build and maintain scalable web applications that power ViralHog's digital operations. This is a hands-on, in-office role where you'll collaborate closely with a small, motivated team. Whether you're early in your career or bring several years of experience, we welcome developers who are eager to learn, grow, and make an impact.

Requirements

Design, develop, test, and maintain PHP-based applications and internal tools.
Work hands-on with designers, product managers, and other team members to turn their requests and reported issues into effective features and fixes.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving team processes and standards.
Identify and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure reliability and performance.
Assist in configuring, operating, and maintaining web Apache servers to support application deployment and uptime.
Apply basic IT and software knowledge to assist with simple in-office IT requests and troubleshooting.

Skills & Experience

Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Solid understanding of web fundamentals (HTTP, browsers, servers).
1-5 years of experience in software development (level flexible based on skills).
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Starting at $75,000 annually, with compensation based on experience and skill level.
