Required Skills & Experience

10-12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with proven leadership in managing large-scale initiatives.
Commercial banking experience is a must.
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, testing, and analysis.
Hands-on experience with Oracle and PostgreSQL databases.
Experience writing test cases and participating in SIT testing.
Strong documentation skills and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with Python and Excel
Familiarity with Java front-end technologies.

Job Description

Insight Global is looking a Senior Business Analyst (Lead BA) to spearhead a large-scale, multi-year initiative in commercial banking. This individual will lead business analysis across multiple integrated systems, including APMS and mainframe platforms, with a strong emphasis on data orchestration, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Entity & Systems Management
Lead business analysis for entity management across multiple systems.
Oversee reporting and dashboarding processes, including nightly batch updates into the staging database used by bankers for daily operations.
Manage and coordinate workstreams across several applications.
Write and manage test cases for system integration and user acceptance testing.
Participate in System Integration Testing (SIT) and liaise with business users to validate functionality.
Analyze data flows across applications and support reporting needs.
Mainframe Integration
Lead the integration of real-time data updates between application and mainframe systems.
Own the end-to-end requirements lifecycle: BRD creation, system integration testing (SIT), and stakeholder communication.
Liaise with developers and other BAs to ensure seamless orchestration and data flow.
Ensure accurate data retrieval and updates across systems.
Commercial Banking Domain
Document and analyze processes related to loan origination, adjudication, and commercial lending solutions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to refine requirements and validate solutions.
