The role

As a Deal Manager, you'll be at the centre of corporate lending operations. Acting as the key point of contact across business areas, you'll ensure transactions are executed smoothly, risks are mitigated, and data is precise. From managing deal execution through the full lifecycle, to overseeing covenants, reconciliations, and dashboards.

What you'll bring

Strong experience in loan operations and complex lending products
Confidence working with LoanIQ and other banking systems
Ability to interpret and operationalise credit and security documentation
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
