About The Opportunity: As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in expanding the company's reach across the UK.

Your role will focus on promoting Matador's range of cable products -- including power cables, control cables, and instrumentation cables -- to clients within the construction, oil & gas, industrial, and infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, target, and convert new clients and industries across the UK
Manage and grow existing customer accounts through relationship building
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to increase market share
Work closely with the head office to align on pricing, delivery, and product specifications
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities
Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations
Monitor market trends, competition, and suggest product positioning ideas
Excellent communication skills at all level.
