Your Opportunity
As an AI Agentic Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for developing the core platform capabilities, frameworks, and tools that enable lines of business to design, deploy, and manage AI agents at scale. This role emphasizes custom Python-based development, focusing on orchestration logic, APIs, integration frameworks, and platform governance, while ensuring security, compliance, and observability across all deployed agents.
Responsibilities
Design and develop the core agentic AI platform components in Python, including frameworks, SDKs, and orchestration services.
Build APIs and integration layers to allow lines of business to onboard and operationalize AI agents efficiently.
Implement platform-level governance, observability, and lifecycle management for enterprise AI agents.
Integrate MCP-Context-Forge for enhanced context management, orchestration, and multi-agent workflows.
Enable Unified Network Security & Observability for Kubernetes to ensure secure, resilient, and compliant operations across hybrid deployments.
Collaborate with data scientists, AI researchers, and product teams to translate business use cases into platform capabilities.
Embed responsible AI principles (fairness, transparency, explainability, security) directly into platform services.
Prototype and evaluate agent orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel, Haystack), and adapt them to enterprise requirements.
Contribute to Python libraries and utilities that standardize AI agent development across the bank.
Qualifications
Expertise in Python development -- proven ability to build frameworks, APIs, or developer platforms is a must.
Hands-on experience with MCP-Context-Forge for agentic AI orchestration and context management.
Strong understanding of Unified Network Security & Observability for Kubernetes in enterprise settings.
Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks, multi-agent architectures, or conversational AI pipelines.
Familiarity with MLOps, workflow orchestration, and model serving, with emphasis on custom development over infrastructure setup.
Strong grounding in enterprise-grade software engineering practices (testing, packaging, versioning, CI/CD for Python).
Understanding of responsible AI and compliance requirements in regulated industries.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience developing internal Python SDKs, libraries, or APIs for enterprise use.
Familiarity with financial services applications such as fraud detection, risk assessment, or personalized client engagement.
Ability to translate abstract business requirements into modular, reusable Python-based platform components.
Strong collaboration skills to work with data science, security, and engineering teams across the organization.
