For one of our clients, a prestigious and well-established player in the real estate sector, we are currently looking for a Head of Controlling to join their team in Brussels.

This is a diverse and high-impact role, reporting directly to the CFO and managing a small team.

Your Responsibilities as Head of Controlling

Develop budgets and forecasts in close collaboration with the CFO for presentation to Executive Committees and the Board.
Act as a key advisor to senior management on financial performance, risks, and strategic decisions.
Oversee the integrity of financial data and ensure compliance with internal policies.
Design and monitor internal control systems to safeguard the company's assets.
Optimize financial workflows and support data-driven decision-making across departments.
Supervise quarterly closings and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting.
Drive implementation of new tools and processes (e.g., cash forecasting).
Serve as a bridge between finance and operational teams, offering insights and guidance.
Lead a team of 3 direct reports.

Your Profile

Proven experience in a similar Controlling or Senior Finance role.
Experience in the real estate sector is a strong advantage.
French, Dutch is an asset
