This role offers the opportunity to own end-to-end product features in a high-impact, user-focused environment. Accountabilities
Take ownership of major product features from research and design to implementation and deployment
Translate customer problems and business needs into scalable, maintainable software solutions
Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to write specifications, build wireframes, and prototype new ideas
Implement robust, high-quality code across the full technology stack, balancing performance, reliability, and maintainability
Mentor and support team members while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Ensure features integrate seamlessly with existing systems and infrastructure, following best practices for security and scalability
Proactively identify opportunities to optimize processes, tools, and architectures for long-term product success
Requirements
Proven experience as a software engineer with a strong full-stack background
Expertise in building scalable web applications with modern frameworks and technologies
Demonstrated ability to own projects end-to-end, including research, prototyping, design, and implementation
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills
Excellent collaboration and communication skills across distributed teams
Comfortable working in a minimal-process, high-autonomy environment
Ability to balance technical quality with timely delivery and iterate effectively based on user feedback
Experience contributing to or mentoring in high-performing engineering teams
Preferred / Bonus Skills:
Experience in building features for SaaS or B2B platforms
Familiarity with advanced data handling, state management, or API integration patterns
Prior experience in high-growth or early-stage technology companies
