Senior DevOps Engineer

Location: Belfast

Are you passionate about building and supporting large-scale private cloud infrastructure? ViVA Tech Talent are proud to exclusively partner with this global technology leader looking for a talented Senior DevOps Engineer to join a fast-paced technology team working at the cutting edge of cloud, virtualisation, and containerisation.

The Role

You'll design, deploy, and manage private cloud environments, working with OpenStack, OpenShift, Kubernetes, and automation tools to deliver secure, scalable, high-performing infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Build and support private cloud platforms (OpenStack, OpenShift, virtualisation).
Manage containerised environments (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).
Automate deployments using Ansible, Terraform, or Puppet.
Integrate and optimise storage solutions across environments.
Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues.
Collaborate across teams and create clear documentation.

About You

At least 3-5 years' experience OpenStack or similar.
Strong knowledge of containerisation and Red Hat OpenShift.
Hands-on automation/orchestration experience.
Excellent problem-solving skills and communication abilities.
MUST be located in NI as this is a hybrid role in Belfast
