Role Description

The Administrative Assistant will handle day-to-day administrative tasks including managing phone calls, responding to emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining organized records. The role also involves providing executive administrative support, handling clerical tasks, and ensuring smooth communication within the office.

Qualifications

Skills in Administrative Assistance, and Clerical Skills
Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office)
High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus
